2. Shipping Coverage

We currently deliver products across India.
International shipping is not available at this time.

3. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed and dispatched within 2–3 business days (excluding Sundays and public holidays) after order confirmation.

4. Delivery Timelines

Estimated delivery time after dispatch:

  • Metro Cities: 2–4 business days

  • Non-Metro / Other Locations: 4–7 business days

Delivery timelines may vary due to courier partner delays, weather conditions, or unforeseen circumstances.

5. Shipping Charges

  • Free Shipping: On orders above ₹499

  • Flat Rate Shipping: ₹70 for orders below ₹499

Shipping charges are displayed clearly at checkout before payment.

6. Cash on Delivery (COD)

  • COD is available across most serviceable locations in India.

  • No additional COD charges are applied.

7. In-Store Display & Home Delivery (For Google Local Inventory Ads)

Products displayed through Google Local Inventory Ads or partner locations can be ordered online and shipped directly to the customer’s address.
All such orders follow the same shipping charges, processing time, and delivery timelines mentioned in this policy.

8. Delivery Attempts & RTO

Our courier partners will make up to 3 delivery attempts.

If delivery fails due to:

  • Incorrect address

  • Customer unavailable

  • Refusal to accept the order

The shipment will be marked as RTO (Return to Origin).
In such cases, re-shipping will be processed only after confirmation and may involve additional shipping charges.
